Role (sibling to 8090)

8090 is execution partner membrane. Hugging Face is distribution partner membrane — gated datasheet + sanitized trajectory bundle pointing home to SKENAI proof URLs. Settlement and XP stay on the Supabase chokepoint; Hub has no native payment (external Stripe if commercial tier later).
